Brought up on a local hill farm, Helen has always had a love of the countryside. After spending many years in the Financial Services Industry she decided upon retirement to explore her creative side, which has resulted in her love of painting. Helen has found herself drawn back to nature, which can be seen in many of her paintings. Her medium of choice is Watercolour as she enjoys the challenge of wrestling with the technique and finds it very portable out in the field.
